About the author
Furkan Çoban
I'm Furkan Çoban, an applied economist and data scientist based in Oldenburg, Germany.
I am doing my M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Data Science at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. My work sits where econometrics meets engineering: replicating published results on independently built pipelines, building panels from satellite and administrative data, and turning the boring parts into tools that run on their own.
I care about reproducibility (one command from raw data to final PDF), honest identification, and software other people can actually install. Outside of work, I make music as a hobby.
